On what basis was the drone tasked?

At 23:14:07 three of four sensors reported a contact on the wadi floor. THERMAL-3 (0.78) saw a moving signature carrying something long, RADAR-4 (0.71) measured a closing rate of 1.2 m/s across three returns, and ACOUSTIC-2 (0.64) picked up footfall on the east approach. OPTIC-1 reported 0.10 — its arc is masked by the west bank, so the null was recorded as dead ground rather than a contradiction and excluded from the weighting. Fused confidence 0.89. The commander approved at 23:14:22. ROE required human approval; the drone's effector remained locked throughout.
